Where do you deliver ice?
We deliver across the Perth metro area from our base in Joondalup, and supply businesses throughout Western Australia. Message us with your suburb to confirm a delivery schedule.
How often will you deliver?
It depends on what you sell. We look at the weather forecast, your past deliveries and the ice left in your freezer, then schedule deliveries so you don't run out. Hot weeks get more deliveries.
Can you supply ice for events and job sites?
Yes. We supply catering and event services, construction companies, airlines and other businesses outside retail. Send us the date, location and an idea of quantity.
What is Ice Factory?
Ice Factory is an in-store system that makes and bags ice on site. It suits high-demand stores and remote locations where regular deliveries are hard.
